Jesus loves children...
Wherever He went they came to him. Some of His greatest miracles involved children. He healed them, restored some to life, welcomed them to His side, and even used a little boy's lunch to feed a crowd.
At Shepherd Gate Church, children have a special place. We love kids, and we have lots of them! We believe every child is a gift from God, a special little person destined to change the world.
Our children's ministry coordinator, Pamela Kelly, leads dedicated, enthusiastic workers who will love your children and help them grow up loving God with all their hearts.
There's more good news! The children's ministry has a place for you to help. We always need more workers, so why not give it a try? You'll get blessed as you bless the children. |

Here are just some of the regular activities Shepherd Gate provides for children ages infant to twelve years.
Little Lambs Nursery: Every Sunday morning, children ages infant through three years, receive the loving care of workers dedicated to keeping your children occupied in a fun and stimulating environment while you enjoy worship and biblical teaching during Sunday Morning service.
Shepherd's Time: Every Sunday morning. Biblical teaching planned with your children in mind.
Wednesday Night Alive: Fun with a purpose. Your children will learn how to share the love of Jesus with others through drama, games, and service projects.
Vacation Bible School: For pre-kindergarten through rising third graders. July 6 - July 10, 2009
Kid's Camp: For rising fourth through rising seventh graders. July 13 - 17, 2009
Special Holiday Programs: Where the children use what they have learned in presentations to the church.
